According to Vastu, in order for a building to have a beneficial effect on its occupants, the design and structure of the building must comply with certain principles of constructing space.

Initially, Vastu Shastra (science) was created for the construction of buildings from scratch, in ancient treatises there is no data on how to fix existing buildings (shock content). Nowadays, we are surrounded by many existing buildings (hello urbanization) — and, unfortunately, all with defects according to Vastu. Therefore, we have to adapt the data that we have (which is thousands of years old) to modern realities.

Using Vastu, you can either completely normalize the energy structure of a building and its impact on us (by the way, it affects not only residents, but also guests and neighbors), or it can be significantly improved, which is also not bad. Because The structure of the building, which is unbalanced on a subtle level, creates (or reflects) those “problems” with health, finances, and personal life that we have.

The correction can be carried out in several ways and at several levels, depending on our capabilities — whether it is possible to “move” the walls, or just the furniture, whether it is possible to repaint the color of the walls or just put bright pillows on the sofa.

If we talk about the constructive method of correction, this is the study of the geometry of the house and the site:

changing the shape, size and proportions of the building;
changing the location and size of openings — doors, windows;
we can remove or add premises;
changing the purpose of rooms in the house.

Correction according to Vastu begins with a complete analysis of where and how the building stands (site and environment), then the plan of the building (house, apartment, office) is examined in detail and a graphic and text plan for correcting defects is drawn up.
