How does the process of assistance in selection of real estate (sequence)
- The client must fully state:
- Target direction and set of functions that will be performed in the selected room
(for example: a residential apartment for a woman who really wants to get married or a business premises for a restaurant, the owner of which will be a man, or a business premises for accounting where the accountant is a woman, etc.) - The estimated number of people who will live or work in this premises, as well as their type of activity.
- Target direction and set of functions that will be performed in the selected room
- Signing the contract
- Then the client sends options for real estate, which he finds on his own or through real estate companies for Vastu analysis
(the submitted options must indicate the location and layout of the facility). - Preparation of PDF document
- Payment for the service
- Conducting the consultation itself with the provision of PDF documents for each object
Cost: CZK 2,500 (for analytics of each object)
